I love the look of these timberland boots and couldn't wait to get them. They were however, quite a disappointment. The heel shaft is extremely hard and stiff. It hurt with the first step I took. The entire foot bed felt narrow. This is extremely disappointing. I will continue to look for the perfect winter boot.

I spent a frustrating couple hours at the mall with no parking and no stock. I trieduppetop for the Ugg shoes my daughter wanted for Christmas. They had exactly what she wanted and they arrived two days after I placed my order, free shipping also. I will never search the mall for shoes again. I will go right to uppetop!
